Terms
ConductLaboratory service terms
These terms cover ConductLaboratory workspaces, the free plan, and paid Core plans.
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms add ConductLaboratory details to the ConductScience Terms of Service. A signed order or other written agreement controls if it says something different.
Workspaces and accounts
A workspace belongs to the lab or core that creates it. Its owners and managers decide who joins, what role each person has, and when access ends. Each person signs in with their own ConductScience account and must keep it secure.
Plans, trials, and payment
The free plan has no time limit. Each new workspace includes the Core plan for 30 days. After the trial, features that need Core pause until Core is paid for; booking and the rest of the free plan keep working.
Core is billed yearly for each core. The invoice or order states the price, term, and payment date, and the workspace must pay approved charges under it. ConductLaboratory does not store payment card details.
Your records
The workspace and its users keep their rights in the records they enter. They allow us to store, copy, and process those records only as needed to run, secure, and support ConductLaboratory, or to follow the law.
Charges between your core and its users
Rates, charge reports, and exports help your core bill its own users. Review them before you invoice. ConductLaboratory does not collect payments from your users and is not a party to the charges your core sets.
Acceptable use
Use ConductLaboratory for research operations. Do not enter patient health information, payment card numbers, or other data your institution does not allow in a hosted service. Do not try to reach another workspace's records or disrupt the service.
Service and support
We work to keep ConductLaboratory available and secure, but no online service is free from interruptions. A signed order controls any promised service level. Contact us for help.
Ending access
A workspace owner can ask us to export or delete the workspace at any time. We may suspend access for nonpayment, serious misuse, or a security risk.
